Vinegar Pie
5 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 Tbsp. flour 1/3 c. vinegar
Cream butter and sugar; combine with rest of ingredients. Pour all into unbaked 9 or 10-inch pie shell. Bake 60 minutes at 300 degrees or until firm. If you want it to taste a little more like lemon, add 2 teaspoons ReaLemon or lemon extract.
Note: This Vinegar Pie was popular in the early 1700's.
