Italian Pizza Crust
Makes 1 or 2 crusts depending on how thick you like your crust

1 Tbsp yeast
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp lukewarm water
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt

Mix together the yeast, sugar and 2 Tbsp of water. Sift the flour
and salt into a bowl. Add the frothing yeast and the remaining
water and mix to make a smooth dough. Knead for 10 minutes of until
elastic. Leave to rise for 1 hour or until almost doubled in bulk.

Note: You can make this recipe in breadmaker, but I've found that
you have to omit the additional 2 Tbsp of water.
