Easy Yeast Pizza Dough
3/4 cup warm water, not hot
2 1/2 cup Bisquick
1 pkg. active dry yeast
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add Bisquick and beat vigorously.
Let rest a few minutes to rise. Pat out onto greased pizza pan.
Butter hands to do this. For thick, deep-dish crust, double recipe
and use jelly roll pan. Add toppings and bake.
