Focaccia

280g / 8oz can refrigerated pizza dough
15 ml / 1 tblsp olive oil
15 ml / 1 tblsp minced garlic
5 ml / 1 tsp dried basil
398ml / 14oz can stewed, chuncky tomatoes, drained
277ml / 8oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
142ml / 5oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
225 g / 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
125 ml / 1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper

Lightly greese a 33x23 cm (13"x9") baking pan with cooking spray.
Unroll pizza dough and press evenly over the bottom and about 2.5
cm (1") up the sides of the prepared pan. Brush dough with olive
oil; sprinkle with garlic and basil. Cover with tomatoes, artichoke
hearts and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Feta cheese and green pepper.
Bake at 220C (425F) for about 20 minutes or until crust is golden
brown.

Makes 8 servings.
