Triple garlic pizza

Make your favourite crust. Knead into it a whole head of roasted garlic (I do this right before I roll it out and it requires a touch more flour added as the garlic is moist) Make your favourite sauce, or open a can. Add 5 big cloves very coarsely chopped. Let this cook over low heat so that the garlic is very mild and completely soft. Make you pizza without lots of toppings (so as not to hide the garlic). Roll out the dough, brush with olive oil and then cover it evenly with very very very thinnly sliced raw garlic (I use those 8 dollar Italian garlic slicers...alot of stores and catalogues have them now...I love it). Put the sauce on, and then only one or two toppings. Bake.
You don't have to love garlic to find this interesting. It's a hit with our friends. tj
