Vegetable Pizza

2 cans crescent rolls (or pizza dough)
2 (8 oz. each) packages cream cheese
1 package ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Assorted vegetables
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tomatoes

Press rolls (or dough) on greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake
at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese,
dressing mix and mayonnaise together. Spread over cooled crust.
Place sliced vegetables on top, one kind at a time. Press down into
cream cheese mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and sliced tomatoes.
Refrigerate.

Suggested Vegetables:

Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, green peppers, radishes,
small onion

I made this for our holiday "snack" day at work and it was a BIG hit. So much so, I had to share the recipes with my co-workers. It is the easiest "vegetable pizza" recipe I have found thus far. I will continue to make it as well as enjoy it! Thanks for putting the recipe on line.
