Wild Rice, Mushroom & Pepper Pizza

1 cup pizza sauce
10 ounces Boboli (or your favorite homemade pizza dough)
1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, sliced in thin strips
4 ounces grated low-fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread pizza sauce evenly over Boboli
or pizza dough. Sprinkle wild rice over pizza sauce and top with
the remaining ingredients. Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees for the
Boboli crust (or follow the directions of the pizza dough recipe).
Makes 8 slices.
