Blackberry Brandy 01

Blackberry Alcohol
1 cup blackberries
1 cup honey
1 cup water
1 bottle vodka
Combine blackberries, honey and water in large saucepan. bring this
to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. then strain
through cheese-cloth or some other cloth.
Add this juice to vodka, and serve hot or cold. Does not need to
be refrigarated.
