Blackberry Brandy 02

Blackberry Alcohol
1 cup blackberries
1 cup honey
1 cup water
1 bottle ever-clear alcohol (180 proof or higher)
Combine blackberries, honey and water in saucepan and bring to
boil. Cover and let simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room
temperature. Add this to ever-clear in a large glass jar. Place
in sun for 2 weeks.
