Cabbage Soup 01

Polish Cabbage Soup
1 medium size piece beef
1 small onion
1 small head cabbage
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
In large soup pot cook beef, onion, salt, cabbage and water to
cover till beef is tender. Remove beef and cut into small pieces.
Let stand in large bowl with cabbage which should also be cut into
small pieces. Mix flour with 1/2 cup water in a bowl, then add
to broth. Stir together. Heat slowly and serve hot
