I don't have the call for sour cream too often in my cooking, so when I do use a recipe that calls for it, I usually end up wasting 1/2 container. I had some left from making a tropical ambrosia salad. My brother-in-law had an overabundance of super-sized cucumbers from his garden. Perfect!! This recipe is easy to prepare, is eye-appealing, and easy to transport to a function. It was enjoyed by all. Thanks!
