Cucumbers Sourcream 05

CUCUMBER SALAD - MIZERIA
1 cucumber
1/2 cup sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp of chopped fresh dill
Peel the cucumber and slice thinly. Mix the cream with lemon juice
and pour over cucumbers. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the freshly chopped dill on top. Chill before serving.
