Kluski Soup 02

Lane kluski na mleku
1 large egg
3 1/2 tablespoons flour
salt to taste
4 cups milk
a pat of butter for each bowl
Beat the egg with the flour with a spoon for about 3 minutes.
Bring milk to a boil, then add the batter slowly dripping from a
spoon.
Cook for about 1 minute and serve with a pat of butter melted in
each bowl.
