8 hard cooked eggs
4 small tomatoes
salt and pepper
mayonaise
lettuce
Peel the eggs and cut off both ends so they stand up. These will
be mushroom stems.
Cut the tomatoes in half length-wise and remove cores. Sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Dot caps with mayonaise. Garnish with
lettuce. Makes 8 mushrooms.
