Mushrooms Sourcream 01

Grzyby ze Smietana
1 lb sliced mushrooms
2/3 cup sliced green onions with tops
2 T butter
1T lemon juice
1T flour
1 cup sour cream
2T chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste.
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and lemon juice for 4 minutes.
Stir in flour. Cook over low heat 1 minute. Add sour cream dill
and salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly. Serve warm on rye party
bread or toast rounds.
