Piernik Gwaltu
4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup honey
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
Beat eggs, add sugar, honey and flavoring. Dissolve baking soda
in water and add. Sift flour and salt together and add to mixture.
Mix well. Roll thin and cut with small cookie cutter. Brush with
beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 350F oven about
12 minutes.
