2 cups all-purpose flour (approx.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup corn oil

Mix flour and salt in large bowl. Make a well in the middle; pour
water and oil into the well. Mix together. Add more flour, 1/2
cup at a time until dough is firm. Knead dough until mixture does
not stick to hands. Cover tightly and let stand for half an hour
in a warm place.

I found I nearly had to double the recipe (additional 1-1/3 cup of flour) it was really sticky to work with. otherwise very easy to prepare.

the recipe does say to add 1/2 more flour at a time until it does not stick to your hands..........I had to add another 1 1/2 cups........no problem.............
