2 sticks (1/2 pound) butter
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons milk
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
2 egg yolks
Cream butter with sugar until smooth. Mix in milk, cocoa and egg
yolks. Bring to boil mixing constantly. Let cool.
Add milk mixture to butter mixture and mix thoroughly. Layer a pack
of waffles with cream mixture. Place a heavy object on to press
waffles together.
