Potato Pancakes
Placki z Kartofli
2 cups grated raw potatoes, drained of excess liqiud
1 tbl. chopped onion
3 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
2 tbl. flour
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients and beat well. With spoon drop mixture on
hot griddle and spread as thinly as possible. Fry on both sides.
