Cranberry Ham Steak

CRANBERRY HAM STEAK
1 ham steak
1 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup red wine
4 tbs brandy
4 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
Put all ingredients but the ham in a blender. Mix until smooth.
Place ham in a hot skillet, pour sauce over ham, simmer 5 minutes
per side or until done.
The sauce also goes well with turkey and pork chops, or can be used
to baste a baked ham.
