Pinneaple-Orange Glazed Ham
3 lb ham
1 can pineapple rings in juice, drained, reserve liquid
1/3 c pineapple juice, reserved from above
1/4 c Grand Marnier
1 c brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dry mustard
Place ham on rack in baking pan. Score surface of ham to create
a diamond pattern, if desired. Combine pineapple juice, Grand
Marnier, brown sugar, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Spoon over
ham. Bake at 325 degrees. Baste every 20 minutes. Bake 45 min.
Arrange pineapple slices on top of ham, sprinkle with tbsp of Grand
Marnier and bake 15 minutes longer.
