Glaze for Ham 2 Tbsp flour 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 44 Tbsp mustard (Plochman's or other coarse-grained mustard with horseradish) 2 cups pineapple juice 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup honey Combine flour, brown sugar and mustard in sauce pan. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Pour over ham, and bake ham, basting every 15 minutes.
NOTE: Make this glaze in a big cast iron skillet, and then put the ham in and bake it right in the skillet.
