Very tasty dish for boneless pork!, June 6, 2006 - 03:36 PM

I have this recipe in an old cookbook my Mom gave me and it is one of my favourites. It sounds very simple and is fairly easy to make, but the taste is amazing! The pork and the fruit go great together. I tried it once with chicken, but have to say the pork is better. I sometimes add some diced carrots and a bit of red pepper. You can use olive oil for frying to keep the fat down.
