CHICKEN FRIED PORK CHOPS
4 pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tablespoons water
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
Whip eggs with water. Mix remaining ingredients and place on plate.
Dip chops into egg wash, then into cornmeal coating. Pan-fry in
a bit of oil over medium heat until golden brown.
