Pork Chops in Beer
8 pork chops
1 14 oz bottle catsup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 bottle beer (your choice)
Mix the catsup, sugar and beer together and place in a baking dish.
Place the chops on top. Bake uncovered in a 325-350 degree oven
for about 1 1/2 hours. If chops start to brown to fast cover with
foil.
