Pork Chops

6 loin pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fat
1 can chicken and rice soup

Dredge pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and
garlic powder. Melt fat in skillet on medium heat and brown chops.
Turn heat to low and add soup. Cover and simmer for one hour.
