Spicy Honey Glazed Pork Chops
5 or 6 center 1/4" cut pork chops
1 cup honey or molasses
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper
1/2 tsp. course black pepper
2 tbsp. onions chopped fine
1 part garlic chopped fine
2 tbsp. olive oil
olive oil cooking spray
Mix items from honey down to black pepper in large flat bowl. In
small skillet add olive oil and garlic and onions Simmer until
onions a transparent and smaller.( you may need to add small amounts
of water to keep from burning). Spray baking dish with cooking
spray. Preheat oven at 325*. Remove onions and garlic mixture and
add to honey mixture. Dip chops in glaze turn place inside dish.
Bake for 1hr.
