PORK CHOPS AND APPLE

4 thick pork chops
1-2oz butter
4 tsp Brufax Flakes
black pepper
3-4 large cooking apples
juice of 1 lemon

Trim excess fat from chops and place in a buttered ovenproof dish.
Season with pepper and sprinkle Brufax flakes over the chops.

Place thin, peeled slices of apple over the chops. Melt the butter
and brush some over the apple slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cover the dish with foil and cook at 350 F (160 C) for 1 hr. Remove
the foil, brush the apples with remaining butter and cook a further
10 mins.

Brufax is "Natural Food Yeast Flakes (pasteurised)".
