Chicago Style BBQ Ribs
Yield: 4 servings

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Msg
2 lb country-style back ribs

Bake ribs at 450 for 20 min. Pour off fat. Reduce oven to 300F
and cook 30 minutes more.

Meanwhile, mix sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Drain
ribs and cover with sauce. Cook another hour, basting every 15 min.

My family and I were surprised how much better this is than store bought barbeque sauce. I will definately be keeping this recipe for further use.
