SWEET & SOUR SPARERIBS

1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup soy Sauce
1 Tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, grated
1 1/2 to 2 lbs spareribs
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown Sugar
1 tsp salt

In large bowl mix flour and soy sauce. Dredge the spareribs in the
soy sauce mixture and soak for about 1/2-hour. Heat oil. Add garlic
and ginger. Brown ribs in the hot oil. Add vinegar, water, brown
sugar and salt. Simmer for 1 hour.
