Chicken with Apricot Jam Serves 8.
chicken thighs, legs, breasts 1 bottle red Russian dressing 8 oz jar apricot preserves one envelope onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together Russian dressing, apricot preserves, and onion soup mix. Cover chicken pieces with mixture and place skin side up in baking dish. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
