Baked Chicken

1 Lb. chicken
1/2 lemon
salt
black pepper
red pepper
2 tbsp tomato pulp
2 tbsp cooking oil

Take a non- sticking metallic baking dish, put oil in it and rub
the whole base of the dish then put Chicken pieces in it and rub
with the dish base so that Chicken pieces are covered with oil.
Prick the chicken pieces with fork and rub the lemon juice and salt
on the whole surface. Sprinkle black and red pepper. Then rub the
tomato pulp. Cover the dish with lid or aluminum- Foil. Place in
the oven at 350 in the middle shelf and in the middle of the shelf
for 40 minutes. Check the chicken with fork if it is tender and
done. If water is there then remove the cover or Foil and keep the
dish for extra 5 -10 minutes. It will be done. Broil for 3 minutes.
Have it with Tomato Juice and Garlic bread. You will enjoy.
