HERB-BAKED CHICKEN Yield: 6 Servings
1 (2 1/2-lb) chicken 3 tablespoons oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano 1/4 teaspoon ground rosemary 1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram
Place chicken in baking dish. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, salt, oregano, rosemary and marjoram. Bake at 450F 30 to 35 minutes.
