CELESTIAL CHICKEN
(Serves 4)
1 frying chicken, cut into
serving pieces
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
Place chicken pieces, unbrowned, in shallow casserole. Cover with
sauce made by combining the remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered
in a moderate 350 degrees oven for 60 minutes or until done. May
be cooked in frying pan on top of stove over medium heat, covered,
until tender. Uncover last 20 minutes. Note: Leftover sauce is
good over ham.
