CELESTIAL CHICKEN
4 to 5 chicken breasts, deboned and cubed
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
sesame seeds
cooking oil
Make batter with flour, egg and milk. Dip chicken in batter, then
sprinkle with sesame seeds. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until golden
brown. Serve with a mustard sauce made of ketchup and mustard.
