CHICKEN CHEESE ROLLS
3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tablespoons chives
1 Tablespoon butter
6 slices bacon
Place chicken breasts between waxed paper and pound to 1/2-inch
thickness. Cream cream cheese and chives together. Spread each
chicken breast with 3 Tablespoons cream cheese. Dot with 1/2 teaspoon
butter. Fold ends over filling. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each
roll. Place seam side down in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 on
top rack of oven for 40 minutes or until juices run clear. Broil
5 minutes to brown bacon.
