CHERRY-ORANGE CHICKEN
2 , 3 lb chickens cut up
4 tbs butter melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup orange juice
lb fresh cherries ( if frozen, or canned drain )
Place chicken in baking pan and cover it with melted butter. Combine
remaining ingredients except cherries and pour over chicken. Bake 350
for 45 minutes uncovered.Add cherries and bake an additional 30 mins
or chicken is tender and golden.
