Chicken Breasts Glazed with Sweet Marmalade

3 Tsp extra Virgin olive oil
2 - 3 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, pound to 1/4 in.thick

1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp marjoram

1 egg, beaten to blend
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. minced garlic

Combine breadcrumbs, oregano and marjoram.

Mix together in a bowl egg, Gran Marnier, marmalade, lemon juice,
Worcestershire, Dijon and garlic.

Dip chicken in egg then breadcrumbs to coat. Cook in hot skillet
with olive oil about 3 minutes per side.
