Chicken Ring

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 can (5 ounces) chunck chicken, drained and flaked
2/3 cup canned condensed cream chicken soup
1 cup (4 ounces shredded cojack cheese
2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated cresent rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts,
and onion. Flake chicken. Combine all ingredients except cresent
rolls. Unroll cresent rolls and arrange triangles in a circle with
bases overlapping in center and points toward the outside. Scoop
filling mixture onto the widest portion of each triangle. Fold
points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
