Print this Recipe    Dhaniya Chicken

Chicken ( 2 lbs of chicken,medium pieces) - 1 Kg
Curd(plain yogurt) - 100 gm or use about 1/2+ cup
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Green chillies paste
Freshly ground roasted cumin seeds
Salt to taste


Mix all the above ingredients and keep aside for2 to 3 hours.


Heat oil in a vessel.

Add chicken pieces along with the paste.
Saute for few mins and cover the vessel.
Slow cook for approx. 15 mins.
Remove the cover.
Cook till the gravy becomes thick.

Add half a cup of paste made of fresh corriander(cilantro)leaves.

Serve hot with rice or parthas.
