Chicken Dijon

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast per person
Dijon mustard
bread crumbs (fresh or canned)
about 1/2 T. melted butter or margarine per chicken breast.

Place chicken on broiler pan. Spread thinly with mustard. Sprinkle
with bread crumbs. Flip breasts carefully and repeat on other side.
Drizzle with melted butter. Broil unil cooked through, flipping
once.
