Chicken Dijon

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup sour cream
6 Tbsp Djion mustard
6 Tbsp water

Preheat oven to 350. Take 3 Tbsp of the dijon mustard and dilute
it with 6 Tbsp. of water. Pour over chicken and bake for 25 min.
While chicken cooks make your chicken broth from chicken base and
water. Bring to a boil. Take 2 Tbsp of flour and add a little
chicken broth until smooth then add to chicken broth. Make sure
to stir out any lumps as the sauce thickens. Add your 1/2 cup of
skim milk and last 2 Tbsp of mustard. Temper your fat free sour
cream before adding to sauce. Take chicken out of oven and add to
Dijon sauce in skillet. Cover and simmer about 10 min or until
chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
