Chicken Jack Fajita

2 chicken breasts
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 medium yellow onion
4 Tbsps sour cream
10 oz. Cheddar-Jack cheese
4 Tbsps margarine
flour tortillias

Cut chicken into chunks and season. Saute in frying pan until
golden brown. Remove from heat. In separate pan, saute onion and
mushrooms in 4 tbsps of margarine until tender. Add sour cream,
cheese and chicken to the mushrooms and onions. Stir and let heat
for 10-15 minutes. Check mixture every 2-3 minutes. When finished,
spoon into tortillas and serve with salsa and extra sour cream.
