40 Cloves of Garlic Chicken

chicken
2 Tbsp oil
40 cloves garlic
pepper
1/2 lemon

Fry enough cut up chicken for 4 in 2 Tbsp very hot oil for about
5 minutes. Add the garlic cloves (whole, skins on) and cook until
skin is transparent. Pepper well and squeeze 1/2 lemon on chicken
and salt and stir about a lot. Put the lid on and cook 10 minutes.

Eat it out of the pan, with cheap red wine, a green salad, spanish
music, fingers and friends.
