Honey Mustard Chicken
2 chicken breasts
1 cup honey
1 cup spicey mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
Butterfly chicken and pound with meat mallot to flatten. Set aside
in greased baking dish. Mix together honey, mustard, mayonnaise,
and BBQ sauce. Pour over chicken and bake covered for 30-40 minutes
at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
