Honey Chicken
4-boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat 3 tablespoons butter 8 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken breasts, browning over medium high heat. Season to taste. In small bowl, combine honey and lemon juice. Once chicken is browned, pour honey mixture over chicken and cook, covered, over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Honey will form a nice glaze on the chicken. Serve immediately with green beans and rice.

Honey Chicken 1, March 19, 2004 - 02:28 AM

Tried this recipe & it was too sweet for my taste. My husband said there was too much honey in it. My 3-year-old son spat it out when he tasted the 1st spoonful, said it tasted awful.
