Indonesian chicken w/green beans

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut bite sized
2 Tbs. olive oil + 2 Tbs. olive oil
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. minced ginger root
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. fresh green beans, cut bite sized
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
1 Tbs. double black soy sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water

Saute chicken in 2 Tbs. olive oil till cooked through. Set aside.
Combine 2 Tbs. olive oil, garlic, ginger and onion. Saute till
onion is soft but not brown. Add green beans and cook, stirring
over medium heat, till bright green and just tender. Add lime juice,
soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, salt, and 1/4 cup water. Slowly
add remaining water as necessary to make the sauce of good consistency
but not watery. Add chicken to coat with sauce. Serve
