Pizza Chicken Italiano
2 whole chicken breasts (split, boned, skinned)
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 1/4-oz can sliced ripe olives, drained
4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, oregano,
chopped parsley, garlic salt, onion powder, and sugar. Pour over
chicken, cover, and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Top with olives
and Mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Designed for oven-to-table service. Serves 4.
