Lemon Dijon Chicken

4 chicken breasts cut into fairly thin strips (about 1 cm in width)
1 lemon, zest and juice
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 to 3 green onions, chopped
pepper to taste

In a large bowl mix together zest and all the juice of the same
lemon, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, chopped
green onions, and a dash of pepper.

Add chicken to marinade/sauce and mix together Marinate in fridge
for at least an hour and up to a day.

Cook in a large or electric frypan (uncovered) until chicken is
done and sauce begins to thicken. (the sauce will reduce slightly
and coat the chicken)

Serve over rice or pasta.
