Lemon Crusty Chicken
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3-4 chicken breasts or legs
1-2 Tbsp margarine, softened
2-3 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350, Rub lemon juice into chicken parts. Spread
margarine over all and sprinkle with sugar. Salt and pepper lightly.
Bake 1 1/4 hours, or until skin is crusty and meat is tender
